Learn Meaningful Skills
Are you looking to manage a job site or be a Project Manager after graduation? Through our internship program, you will work on a job site as part of our team to learn foundational skills. You will also take part in periodic progress meetings with the project owners and engineers.

Problem Solve
Put your classroom knowledge to the test! You will work with one of our Project Managers to practice estimating projects and prepare quantity take offs.

Understand the Mechanics of Running a Construction Business
Over the summer, you’ll meet with our management team and learn what it takes to run the “business side” of a successful family-owned General Contractor business.

Connect with Industry Associations
Learn about professional member associations and the work they do on behalf of the heavy construction industry in Maine, New England, and nationally. As a CPM Constructors’ Intern, you’ll attend an AGC or MBTA monthly meeting, or participate in an AGC, MBTA, or CFMA golf fundraiser.
