COMPENSATION

CPM Constructors bases its compensation upon the overall value of the job performed and the skills and performance of the individual employee in contributing to the efficient operation and success of the Company. We periodically review our compensation to assure that it is competitive with similar businesses in our area. By doing so, we want to attract and retain top quality employees. Future compensation increases are primarily the result of individual performance, and are reviewed on an annual basis, generally in the spring. Compensation reviews are done in conjunction with the annual Performance Review process.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

While employees may be hired with a specific job title, due to the nature of general contracting work, all employees will be expected to complete tasks as assigned by their supervisors that may not fit within their normally assigned duties. This means, for example, everyone may be required to conduct cleanup work at one time or another as the project requires. With weather, project schedules, and the like always changing, there may be times where the type of work you usually do is unavailable. As such, we expect employees to be flexible regarding tasks assigned to them by their supervisor and when assigned tasks which do not fit within their normally assigned duties, to complete these tasks without complaint. The duty of all employees at CPM Constructors is to help get the job at hand done.

 

CPM holds an annual Pig Roast for its employees.
