OWNERSHIP

Eldon L. Morrison, Stacey L. Morrison, Timothy A. Ouellette, and Paul M. Koziell own CPM Constructors.  In 2008 Mr. Morrison took the position of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and named Mr. Ouellette as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Koziell as Chief Operating Officer, and Ms. Morrison as Vice President.

LEADERSHIP

The leadership of the company does not stop at the ownership level. The success of the CPM Constructors also rests heavily upon the shoulders of the following individuals:

  • Peter A. Krakoff, P. E., Vice President and Chief Engineer for all company work
  • Andrew Kittredge, Vice President, estimator and project manager – bridge work and earthwork
  • Bruce Surek, estimator and project manager for road and earthwork
  • Mitch Bois, estimator and project manager
  • Jake Hall, P.E., estimator and project manager
  • Jacob Adams, project manager
  • Dan Bernard, design and estimating

These  individuals are all seasoned professionals and jointly represent more than 120 years of experience in the construction industry. During the course of their careers, these same individuals have worked on or supervised large construction projects in excess $100,000,000 throughout Maine and the Northeast.

MANAGEMENT

In the field, management is handled by CPM Constructors’ eleven supervisors. These superintendents make up the back bone of CPM Constructors. Five of these superintendents have been with the company for 15 years or more and six have been with the company for five years or more. These superintendents are capable of supervising crews of various sizes and abilities and have many years of experience managing technical and complex construction projects. They are “working” superintendents and are comfortable leading people from all vantage points of a project.

WORK FORCE

CPM Constructors is an open shop, and its company work force is spread across all areas of Maine and the Northeast. During 2015, CPM Constructors employed over 180 people at the busiest time of the construction season. Trades represented in-house include:
