The Northern Light Healthy Life EAP councelors are only licensed in the the State of Maine and therefore can only offer councel to those physically in Maine. Principal’s Magellan EAP counselors are licensed in all 50 states, so anyone outside of Maine seeking counseling services should contact Principal’s Magellan EAP first.
