SAFETY

CPM provides a Comprehensive Safety Program that involves:

• Employee orientation

• Ongoing training

• Safety Incentive Program

• Employee Evaluations include Safety Performance

• Light Duty/Return to Work Program for injured workers

It is the policy of CPM Constructors that:

• All aspects of its operations shall be conducted in a safe and healthful manner;

• all injuries are preventable;

• working safely is a condition of employment; and

• training employees to work safely is essential.

We want all employees to return home each day from work to their family and friends in healthy condition.

Furthermore, CPM Constructors will do everything within its power to raise the cultural awareness of safety for everyone connected with our work and services.
